Short: Electrochemistry - psychotrance by B.C.
Author: Bobby Clark, B.C. Productions, NoAff
Uploader: bobclark@korrnet.org
Type: mods/med
Requires: Possibly, someone who is not prone to epileptic seizures
(You have been warned!)
Distribution: Careful who you give this to, it might warp them for life.
And now, for some hellish, nightmarish, electrifying psychotrance:
Name of this composition: "Electrochemistry"
Style: Trance ... pure psychedelic mind-numbing stuff.
Influences: A few ... some of the Future Sound of London's
stuff comes to mind here. And a big nod, of
course, to my good buddy Homer J., and his
"Trance" MED (from whence came some of the
sounds) ...
This one, is like, totally weirded out. It also demonstrates, yet again,
one of OctaMED's best, unique, and often overlooked features: SYNTHSOUNDS.
In this instance, the synthsounds are used to create an electric
psychedelic atmosphere, and you will notice I make liberal use of the
tempo commands to mess with the oscillation rate of these sounds ...
And now, for the obligatory credits:
KenK, of #amigacafe, for giving me his 28.8K
modem to play with ...
Saraba, for the "Mortal Kombat" sample, which
is used very liberally in this track!
All members of #amigacafe undernet ...
Homer J., for writing the "Trance" MED, as
well as some other kickin' music
Egadd, for listening to and promoting my music
RS3, Lopy, pl, Shade, Chaosnite, and Superlog,
my fellow mates in NoAff
Remember, if you like this one, mail me: bobclark@korrnet.org
NOTE: To get the full effect, this track should be played using OctaMED
v 3.0 or v 4.0 ... however, this procedure is not recommended if
you are prone to epileptic procedures ... don't say I didn't warn
you! :)
